These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the Fishermen AI mobile app. By downloading or using the app, you agree to these Terms.

Use of the app

You may use Fishermen AI for your personal, non-commercial fishing activities. You agree not to misuse the app, interfere with its operation, or attempt to access it in unauthorized ways.

Subscriptions & free trial

• New accounts may start with a 7-day free trial. After the trial, Fishermen AI Pro is billed at $59.99/year or $9.99/month unless cancelled.
• Payment is charged to your Apple ID. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• You can manage or cancel your subscription anytime in your Apple ID settings. Pricing may vary by region and is subject to change.

Forecasts, identification & guidance are informational

Bite forecasts, catch identifications, coaching tips, and species information are provided for informational purposes and may be incomplete or inaccurate. They are not guarantees of fishing success or of a correct species identification. Always use your own judgment.

Safety & local regulations are your responsibility

You are solely responsible for your safety on the water and for knowing and following all applicable fishing laws, licenses, seasons, limits, and regulations where you fish. Fishermen AI does not replace official regulatory sources.

Your content

You retain ownership of the catches, photos, pins, and notes you create. You grant us a limited license to store and process that content solely to provide the app’s features to you.

Intellectual property

The app, its design, and its content (excluding your content) are owned by Fishermen AI and protected by applicable laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute them without permission.

Disclaimers & limitation of liability

The app is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Fishermen AI is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app.

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the app after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
